Reserve the Clubhouse for your Event

    Terms
    I hereby understand and agree to the Clubhouse Rules. I understand that $25.00 of the $225.00 deposit is non-refundable and that the deposits of$75.00 and $125.00 are fully refundable upon completion of the following:

    1. No damage has been found
    2. All trash has been placed in plastic bags and taken to the dumpster
    3. All tables and chairs have been wiped down and left clean
    4. All furniture has been moved back in place
    5. Kitchen/Bar area, including floor and dishes, have been cleaned
    6. Men's and Ladies restrooms, including floors, have been left clean
    7. Carpet has been vacuumed and shampooed, if needed
    8. Clubhouse must be in clean condition by 8:00 a.m. the day following the event unless arrangements are made to have Sunset Cove personnel clean for you

    I agree to be held fully responsible for the clean-up of the clubhouse and for the repair of any damage that occurred during the function. I understand that 3 checks will be written to the Sunset Cove C.O.A. and dispersed as follows:

    • One check in the amount of $25.00 which is non-refundable
    • One check in the amount of $75.00 to be held as partial coverage towards any damages or extra cleaning incurred while occupying the clubhouse on the date noted above
    • One check in the amount of $125.00 to be forfeited if cleaning or damage expenses are incurred over and above $75.00

    I ALSO UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE, TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF ANY DAMAGES, CLEANING AND/OR THEFT CHARGES ABOVE THE AMOUNT DEPOSITED.
